Payment process
Customers first submit a request or contact Periplio at support@periplio.com. Periplio then provides a written quote or statement of work. A Stripe invoice or Stripe payment link is sent only after the customer approves that written scope.
Transaction currency
Periplio quotes and requests payment in United States Dollars (USD, $) unless a written scope states otherwise.
Any applicable third-party fees, taxes, or platform costs are disclosed in writing before payment.
Card-network marks
Card payments, when available through Stripe-hosted payment links, may use the card-network brands shown below. Periplio does not collect card details on this website.
Business location
The service is operated by Periplio LLC, based in Rhode Island.
Payment security
Card and payment details are transmitted through Stripe-hosted payment pages or Stripe invoice flows. Periplio does not ask customers to enter card numbers, card security codes, or bank credentials into periplio.com.
Service request data submitted on periplio.com is transmitted to the server over HTTPS in production and is used to prepare quotes and respond to support needs.
Receipts and billing records
Stripe or Periplio may provide payment confirmations, invoices, or receipts depending on the payment method used.
